This chapter is focused on how e-commerce shapes the way people buy and sell online. Leaning about B2B, B2C, and C2C helped me see how many layers are involved in the online market. Its interesting how companies can operate as “brick and clicks” combining in person shopping with online to reach more customers. I did not know the process of NFC but now I see how secure systems are designed to protect both the buyer and the seller during transactions. Overall this chapter still pretty basic, I just want to get to the stuff where we actually create our own webpage.
