This chapter made me understand some of the tools I be using everyday, like email and goggle drive. Ive used emails for years but I realised I didn’t know all the features that Gmail offerss for example labels and managing contacts. Ive sent lots of emails without a subject line and without my signature at the bottom. I also didn’t know what BCC was until you explained it to us in class, I was shocked that almost everybody knew what it was but me. Lol

Im very familiar with the basic options such as forward, reply, junk mail etc.. But its good to learn ways how to reduce spam like one of the slides says. For me Its also very interesting the part where it talks about viruses because I have little knowledge of them and I  would like to learn more in the future chapters to come. I remember my mom had a toshiba laptop and I filled it up with viruses by dowloading games throug an app called torrent. Overall still pretty basic stuff in this chapter but im looking forward for more.
