Chapter 5 helped me understand how online communication has evolved, especially with concepts like push and pull communication. Before reading this chapter I thought I knew how information was shared online, but learning about push communication like newsletters and RSS feeds taught me how information can be shared directly with me without me searching for it. However, pull communication reminded me of the power I hold to search for exactly what I want on the internet. Exploring web 2.0 also taught me about how interactivbe the different webs have become.
